My journey began on the football field, where I learned the value of discipline, grit, and perseverance. That foundation carried me through my time in the military and my career in law enforcement, where resilience and mental toughness were a way of life.

After an injury forced me to retire from the police force, I committed myself to helping others build strength, confidence, and a mindset that can withstand anything. That is why Boswell Body Lab exists. I understand the pressure of busy lives and high expectations because I lived it. Now, I help others thrive in it.

My Philosophy: Training should elevate your life, not control it.
